Uniquely constructed to ensure uninterrupted, panoramic views of the coast and to allow for tropical breezes throughout, Sunwatch resembles a series of inter-connected, West Indian style pavilions. The sweeping, circular driveway is the perfect welcome to this incredible villa. A wooden bridge spanning a courtyard garden and lily pond leads to an entrance gazebo. From there, the house unfolds like a flower in bloom.

The bedroom wing comprises two master bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. At the centre of the house is the living area which leads to the bar/serving area and kitchen. There are several terraces at various points around the property and a large den equipped with entertainment devices. Sunwatch also boasts an infinity pool (with a slide!), Jacuzzi, Gazebo and a two bedroom cottage.
